What are our operating hours?

Our operating hours fluctuate as we are a renter-based salon and do not have employees. Each renter handles their own schedule and operated business within Ninety Ten Collective. We are open usually every day of the week with different service providers here during different times. Please visit our booking page for more specific info on each person's booking schedule and time.
What is your cancellation policy?

Since we are a renter based salon, everyone's policy ranges and this can be found on each person's booking link. If you are unsure who to contact, please call us at 925-679-4122, or email us at ninetytencollective@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you with your cancellation request. Please do so as soon as possible, usually 24 hours prior to your appointment, to avoid a cancellation fee! Please also be advised that you may be subject to a fee if you are cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Where are you located?

Our address is 2440 Sand Creek Road, Suite E-1, Brentwood, CA 94513. We are located right in between CosmoProf & Classy Nail Salon and Spa. If you have any trouble finding us, please call us at 925-679-4122.
